Preparing for your photographers visit

Your property photos will create a first and lasting impression with potential buyers. Getting it right first time is very important. Here are a few tips to help you prepare:

Reception Rooms:

Remove any clutter, including newspapers or magazines.

Remove any personal items such as family photos.

Arrange cushions and any throws on your sofas that compliment the room.

Remove any childrens toys or pets beds.

Kitchens:

Clean any dishes in the sink and remove any saucepans or pots from the work surfaces. Clean down the surfaces and remove any pets food or water bowls.

Bedrooms:

Make all beds and tidy away toys in kids bedrooms where possible. Open all curtains and blinds.

Outside:

Mow the lawn and tidy any areas needing attention. Remove any childrens toys or pets items and arrange garden furniture. Let the photographer know if you do not want any specific view taken. Remove cars from driveways where possible.
